But why is he running?
Frank Hampson used his famous frame of The Dapon from the first Venus story (Vol.1 No.52, 1951) in 1976, as a poster, to invite students at the North East Surrey College of Technology, where he was teaching at the time, to an exhibition of cartoon artwork that was being held in the Library of the College.
